SUMMARY:North New Jersey | Spring Open Faceoff Days
DESCRIPTION:The North New Jersey Spring Open Faceoff Days will focus on technique\, repetition\, and competition for players. Each session will start by a warm-up practiced at the High School\, D1-NCAA College\, and Professional level (NLL\, MLL/PLL). Following warm-up training will be focused on stance\, holding the stick properly\, footwork\, stickwork\, groundball\, primary\, secondary\, and counter moves. For the latter half of session we partner the players up to focus on live repetition and competition. Individual player observation and instruction will occur throughout the faceoff day. \n10 Spring Open Faceoff Days Dates\, Times\, and Training Subject: \n1 – Sunday\, March 8\, 5-6pm\n2 – Sunday\, March 22\, 5-6pm\n3 – Sunday\, March 29\, 5-6pm\n4 – Sunday\, April 12\, 5-6pm\n5 – Sunday\, April 19\, 5-6pm\n6 – Sunday\, April 26\, 5-6pm\n7 – Sunday\, May 3\, 5-6pm\n8 – Sunday\, May 10\, 5-6pm\n9 – Sunday\, May 17\, 5-6pm\n10 – Sunday\, May 31\, 5-6pm \nLocation: \nThe Turf Zone\, 681 Lawlins Road\, Unit 120\, Wyckoff\, NJ 07481 \nCoach: \nCoach Pop \nAge restrictions: \nAll grades welcomed \nPricing: \n1 Spring Open Faceoff Day – Choose a week to attend – $50 a session\n10 Spring Open Faceoff Days – Come to all 10 weeks – $400 – $40 a session \nCapacity: \nDue to the size of the turf and facility\, the limit is twenty players \nPlease bring:  \n– Full Equipment – we will be doing contact drills. If players feel comfortable they can wear helmets and gloves.\n– Turf Shoes – The Turf Zone does not allow cleats.\n– Water \nPlease email the players name\, graduation year\, school and US lacrosse # to register for the event.
