The North New Jersey Spring Open Faceoff Days will focus on technique, repetition, and competition for players. Each session will start by a warm-up practiced at the High School, D1-NCAA College, and Professional level (NLL, MLL/PLL). Following warm-up training will be focused on stance, holding the stick properly, footwork, stickwork, groundball, primary, secondary, and counter moves. For the latter half of session we partner the players up to focus on live repetition and competition. Individual player observation and instruction will occur throughout the faceoff day.

10 Spring Open Faceoff Days – Come to all 10 weeks – $400 – $40 a session
Capacity:
Due to the size of the turf and facility, the limit is twenty players
Please bring:
– If parents and players feel comfortable, players can wear helmets and gloves. If not, full equipment.
– Turf Shoes – The Turf Zone does not allow cleats.
