The North New Jersey Spring Open Faceoff Days will focus on technique, repetition, and competition for players. Each session will start by a warm-up practiced at the High School, D1-NCAA College, and Professional level (NLL, MLL/PLL). Following warm-up training will be focused on footwork, stickwork, groundball, stance, primary, and counter moves.
