The one summer faceoff day will start by running the players through our core warm-up followed by repetition and competition. We'll spend a brief amount of time talking about hand placement, stance, and mindset w/ regards to technique of doing a clamp. NY, White Plains | Fall Uprising Faceoff Days
The Fall Uprising Faceoff Days will be focusing on technique, repetition, and competition, w/ a emphasis on specific counter moves to be practice leading into the winter season. This fall, we'll focus on stance, clamp, counter moves, and live faceoffs. Each session will start by a warm-up practiced at the highschool, college (NCAA) and professional level ( NLL, MLL).
